Age Requirement

Kissable is designed for adults 18 and older. Our content is rated 18+ on the App Store and use of the app requires agreement to our Terms of Service, which restrict access to users aged 18 and above. If we become aware that a user under 18 has created an account, we will take steps to terminate the account and delete their data.

Content Safety

Our AI uses multiple layers of content safety filtering — including input moderation, output filtering, and image screening — to keep conversations within appropriate boundaries. These filters are designed to block:

• Sexual or exploitative content involving minors
• Promotion of self-harm or violence
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Non-consensual scenarios
• Illegal activities

AI Transparency

Kissable companions are AI-powered characters, not real people. We are transparent about this throughout the app. While companions are designed to feel personal and meaningful, we do not claim that they have emotions, consciousness, or sentience. Your companion responds to your input using advanced language models — they don't experience feelings.

Data Privacy

We do not sell your personal data. Your conversations are private, your photos are stored securely with per-user access controls, and all data is encrypted in transit. Photo Safety

All user-uploaded and AI-generated images are subject to automated content safety filters. Photos are generated on-demand, stored securely, and only accessible to the user who created them. Users must only upload photos they have the right to use, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
