Age Verification

Kissable is designed for adults 18 and older. We require age verification during account creation and our content is rated 17+ on the App Store. We actively work to prevent underage access and comply with all applicable regulations regarding age-gated content.

Content Safety

Our AI has built-in content safety filters to ensure conversations remain within appropriate boundaries. The AI will not generate content that involves:

• Content depicting or referencing minors in any context
• Promotion of self-harm or violence
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Non-consensual scenarios
• Illegal activities

Data Privacy

Your conversations are private. Here's specifically what that means:

• We do not sell your conversation data to third parties
• Your photos are stored securely and are not used to train AI models for other users
• You can request deletion of your data at any time
• We use encryption for data in transit and at rest

AI Transparency

Kissable companions are AI-powered characters, not real people. We are transparent about this throughout the app. While companions are designed to feel personal and meaningful, we do not claim that they have emotions, consciousness, or sentience. Your companion responds to your input using advanced language models — they don't experience feelings.

Photo Safety

All AI-generated photos are created to be tasteful and age-appropriate for the app's 17+ rating. Photos are generated on-demand, stored securely, and only accessible to the user who created them. We do not allow the generation of explicit content involving real people without consent or any content involving minors.
