1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Kissable, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Kissable is an AI companion application that provides conversational interactions with an artificial intelligence character. The AI companion is a fictional character and not a real person. All interactions are simulated using AI technology.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Kissable. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You may not share your account with others.
• You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Virtual Currency (Kisses)

• “Kisses” are a virtual currency used within the app to access premium features.
• Kisses have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
• Purchased Kisses are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing, availability, and functionality of Kisses.

6. Subscriptions

Kissable offers a free trial to all new users. During the trial you have access to enhanced features at no cost. When the trial ends, you are moved to the free tier automatically — you will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe.

Kissable offers the following auto-renewable subscription:

• Full Access — $19.99 per month (USD), billed monthly as an auto-renewable subscription.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the current subscription price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
• If you subscribe during the free trial period, the trial ends immediately and your subscription begins.
• Prices are in US dollars (USD) and may vary in other countries. Actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on your country of residence.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the AI system
• Share content generated by the app that could be harmful or misleading
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the app
• Attempt to extract training data or model weights from the AI

8. User-Uploaded Content

Kissable allows you to upload photos to customize your AI companion's appearance. By uploading photos, you agree to the following:

• You must have the legal right to use any photos you upload (e.g., photos of yourself, or photos you have explicit permission to use).
• Uploaded photos must not contain nudity, sexually explicit content, violence, graphic content, content depicting minors, or any illegal content.
• All uploaded photos are automatically screened by content safety filters. Photos that violate our guidelines will be rejected.
• Uploaded photos are processed by third-party AI services (BytePlus/Volcengine) solely for the purpose of generating your companion's personalized appearance. These providers process data per their respective privacy policies.
• We do not use your uploaded photos for any purpose other than generating your companion's appearance. Your photos are not shared publicly, sold, or used for AI model training.
• You are solely responsible for the content of photos you upload. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these guidelines.
• All AI-generated images based on your uploads pass through built-in content safety filters and will not produce explicit or pornographic content.

9. AI-Generated Content

• All AI responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are fictional.
• The AI companion does not provide professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).
• We are not responsible for actions taken based on AI-generated content.
• AI responses may not always be accurate, appropriate, or aligned with your expectations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and technology in Kissable are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you create (messages, photos), but grant us a license to process it for providing the service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of AI responses, or fitness for any particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
