How do I delete my account?
Open the app and go to Settings. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently delete your account and all associated data, including chat history, profile information, and any purchased items. This action cannot be undone. You can also request account deletion by emailing us.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find Kissable, and tap "Cancel Subscription." Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Kissable purchase, and request a refund. Apple will review your request and process it according to their refund policy.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your conversations and personal data are private and encrypted in transit. We do not sell your data. Messages are sent to our AI provider to generate responses, but are not used for AI training. You can read our full Privacy Policy for more details.
What age do I need to be to use Kissable?
You must be at least 17 years old to use Kissable. The app is rated 17+ due to its mature themes. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 17.
How does the AI work?
Kissable uses advanced AI language models to generate natural, contextual responses. Your companion remembers your conversations and adapts her personality over time. All AI responses are fictional — your companion is an AI character, not a real person.
What are Kisses?
Kisses are the virtual currency used in the app. You receive free kisses daily and can purchase additional kisses via in-app purchases. Kisses are used to unlock premium features like photo sharing and wardrobe items.
Can I change my companion's appearance?
You choose your companion's appearance during onboarding. Currently, changing the appearance after initial setup requires creating a new account. We're working on the ability to change appearances in a future update.
